Pack Health is redefining health journeys with convenient, actionable, one-on-one coaching and care coordination support. Pack Health is one of Birmingham, Alabama’s leading startup success stories, and we couldn’t be happier to help their team create a dedicated app for their members.
Pack Health needed a way for its members to receive health coaching through a mobile app. We decided to build a React Native app, which allowed them to have a cross-platform app and scale easily. They also wanted a way to get real health metrics on their app users, so we were able to integrate Apple Health data into the app so the health advisors can get up-to-date metrics on the member.
Goals:
- Integrate Apple Health data into the app so the health advisors can get up-to-date metrics on the member
- Create a mobile app that will not store any health-related data on the device; rather, transmit data over SSL, which safeguards data over a secure connection
- Allow members to view a Journey track, complete a profile, add medications and diagnoses, complete introductory surveys, communicate with their Health Advisor, and work through their current active journey
