As an Associate Navigator, I ensure the success of the project by empowering our team to do their best work every day. This is done by being agile, adaptable, and utilizing my training as a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner to guide the team toward a product vision that delights our clients. Best of all, I get to take a deep dive into several client portfolios to sharpen my own product sense and learn the Airship way to make innovative products come to life!
Before Airship, I worked in Marketing Project Management and Market Operations at an ed-tech start-up. I’ve also worked in technical support, higher education, and biomedical research. A proud product of an HBCU education, my interest in servant leadership and solving complex problems began at Hampton University in Hampton, VA.
Outside of Airship, I love to have a good time whether it’s with family or friends, traveling or trying new foods, watching sports, or playing in a friendly competition. My favorite thing to do is find a great new restaurant or game and share the fun with my loved ones.
