As an Opportunity Explorer, I cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients and help find ways to accomplish their specific business objectives and organizational goals with the right technology. We do this by understanding their users and then creating custom web and/or mobile applications that optimize the user experience. My background in construction, supply chain, and sales leadership gives me helpful insight to connect and relate with many different people.
The first half of my career was spent in sourcing and product management for a national geotextile and erosion control distributor. My day-to-day interactions with sales, marketing and operations helped sharpen my customer service and marketing skills and taught me the value of going the extra mile to help others achieve their goal.
Prior to Airship, I served as Managing Director of Sales for Coyote Logistics, where I was responsible for the growth and development of customer relationships in the challenging and dynamic 3PL world. I experienced first hand how investing in technology and software drive innovation and how automation allows scalability. As a supplement to these tools, I also built customized dashboards for my team that took hard-to-read data and turned it into useable information that was used to help make critical business decisions.
I’m a Birmingham native who is grateful to have married up; my wife is definitely my better half. I married my college sweetheart after meeting at a summer project in Westcliffe, CO through Campus Crusade for Christ. We now have 4 incredible children; Griffin, Emerson, Ann Sellers, and Grady. I enjoy working on projects and improving my handy-man skills but, each Spring, my weekends are spent helping coach my kids in little league.
