As a Builder here at Airship, I get the privilege of using my experience and skills with various technologies to assist our Passengers along the path to their desired destination. I am currently working on the Voyages team. We are responsible for long term relationships with our Passengers wherein we monitor and maintain their existing applications, research and design solutions for new business needs, and implement those quality solutions in a timely manner. It is a joy to get to work with everyone at Airship on a daily basis. Being surrounded by such intelligent, passionate, curious, and kind people each day has made an immeasurable positive impact on my professional happiness.

I have been interested in technology for as long as I can remember. I have enjoyed playing video games since early in my childhood and that eventually led to a curiosity about the systems that ran them. After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a BS degree in Computer Science, I accepted a position in the corporate IT world. I gained a great amount of experience in my three years there but found myself looking for something different. For the last four and a half years before joining Airship I had the opportunity to work at a small development start-up. While there I gained invaluable knowledge while addressing the many needs of our clients. I developed a passion for listening to their real world business issues, researching a technology solution that would resolve their pain points, and then implementing that solution while also helping them understand how the technology fit into the bigger picture of their company’s vision.

My wife Annie and I live in central Arkansas with our three dogs Khaleesi, Rhaegar, and Maisie. We enjoy traveling together and hope to make our way to Europe soon. In my free time I enjoy watching sports (especially the Razorbacks, Woo Pig!), playing video games with my friends, and reading/listening to books of all sorts, but especially military non-fiction.
