At Airship, I’m a Software Developer that gets to work with an amazing team of people who are all very talented. It’s very fulfilling to see all of our client’s unique projects come to life from start to finish. It’s been my dream since I started programming to be able to do work like this full time. Now I get to do it for the one of the best company that I could’ve imagined…but I do so much more than just program at Airship.
At Airship, I also get to learn skills from all the other talented professionals in every department. They’ve helped me become a better person, better teammate, better father, better developer and more.
Before Airship, I was a Software Developer at a small start-up company in Miami, FL for 4 years and worked with one other developer. I developed a powerful EAS (“Enterprise Application Software”) and other supporting tools (“Repricer”, “Wholesale Product Sourcing Software”, “Learning Management System”, & more) for the company which separated them from their competition. I was challenged daily to find solutions to problems that hadn’t been encountered before. I did front-end work, back-end work, data structuring, product flows, and occasionally some dev ops stuff.
Outside of Airship I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working on cars, and all other kinds of projects. My girlfriend and I love tackling home renovations projects together and making our dreams come to life. We make a great team and I can’t wait to share our values with our son. In the words of Dominic Toretto, “The most important thing in life will always be family.”
