I am a builder on the explorers squad. My strengths are in back-end work, but I am working on expanding my skills overall. I would say I’m quite experienced in rails and java work, and like to help out wherever I can.
I spent about 3 years at Cerner Corporation in the healtheintent infrastructure organization building and maintaining tools that were used for big data workflows to better care for patients around the world.
I love spending time with family and friends outside of work. I love playing and going on walks with my dog Lily. I love the summer because I enjoy swimming, boating, hiking, and am planning on getting into rock climbing soon. I also like to watch sports (mostly football), and absolutely love listening to and playing music. On top of this all, I like to relax at the end of most days by playing online games with many of my friends from growing up, since many of us have dispersed to different areas of the country as we’ve gotten older.
