As an Opportunity Explorer here at Airship, I am able to help leaders and innovators leverage custom technology to fulfill their vision and mission. I am constantly asking current and potential clients where their tension points are, seeking to understand what one thing, if made better, would make the biggest impact. I love the opportunity we have here at Airship to solve complex problems in simple ways, building great products with great people.
I spent the beginning of my career working with non-profit organizations and ministries. Most recently I served as the Director of Grow at Church of the Highlands. During my time at Highlands I had my first real introduction to custom software, leading the team that developed an LMS (learning management software) to train and resources tens of thousands of pastors and church leaders around the world. I loved the opportunities that custom software provided me and my team, helping us save money, increase our reach and engagement, and ultimately grow. I found a passion for technology which lead me to Airship, where I now get to partner with leaders in all types of industries, helping them discover how they can leverage custom technology.
When I am not talking technology and innovation, you can usually find me working alongside my wife on our growing floral company, Forever Wild Flowers. We are both Birmingham natives who moved away just long enough to come back and appreciate it for the amazing city it is. My wife and I both love the outdoors, and I am always game for a round of golf.
